Osmar “Junior” Delima is the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu head instructor at World Team USA. Born in Brazil, Junior began training in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the young age of 13.
Junior holds the rank of Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is an accomplished medalist at prestigious Jiu-Jitsu championship events. Coach Osmar is a Worlds NoGi Brown Belt Silver Medalist.
Junior was a professional MMA fighter for 12 years with a record of 15 wins and 2 losses. He holds the Featherweight World Title. Junior has developed proficiencies in Muay Thai and American Boxing, in addition to MMA specific core-condition training. Junior has been instructing men, women, and children of all ages and levels in martial arts for 15 years.
